FIELD: medicine; experimental gastroenterology.
SUBSTANCE: after applying the carboxyperitoneum, installing a laparoscope and one endoscopic instrument-manipulator, a loop of the small intestine is fixed with it. After puncturing the anterior abdominal wall and inserting the needle into the abdominal cavity, a syringe with an injection needle is used to puncture the intestinal wall and subserously inject 1 ml of 33% hydrogen peroxide.
EFFECT: method ensures the development of an easily reproducible laparoscopic method for modeling necrotic enterocolitis, characterized by minimal access invasiveness and low animal mortality rates, stability of the reproduction of the pathological process in the intestinal wall.
