METHOD FOR FORMING SKIN-FASCIAL FLAP AT AUTOPLASTY Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: due to two parallel incisions one should cut a skin-fascial flap in donor area at axial circulation upon temporal nutritive pedicle that contains skin, subcutaneous fiber and its own fascia. Moreover, the flap should be cut at total length being equal to the sum of defect's lengths, nutritive pedicle and wounds at pedicle's reverse side and donor's area at flap's bottom. Flap's width should be detected by the defect's width. Then, out of flap's distal part one should cut free unvascularized transplants. The first - by its length and shape corresponding to the wound of donor's area at flap's bottom. The second - to the wound at reverse side of nutritive pedicle. One should clean these transplants against their own fascia and subcutaneous fiber to apply them for intra-operational temporal coverage of corresponding wounds. If necessary, one should carry out cosmetic correction of the wound in donor's area at flap's bottom. Method for developing skin-fascial flap in case of autoplasty enables to decrease the risk of infectious and necrotic complications in area of interference. Avoid deformation of flap's pedicle and decrease total cosmetic detriment.
