FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: extensive defect of scapular area in the form of neoplasm is widely exsected. Thoracodorzial flap supplied by feeding pinch is cut including the whole broadest back muscle and extensive skin area and a hypodermic fat above it, without crossing a feeding vascular pinch. The generated flap is moved to the defect projection. Skin defect in donor area is closed with rotatory dermo-fascial flap from the lumbar - flank areas. Besides the wound in lumbar - flank area from which the rotary dermo-fascial flap is withdrawn can be taken in from edge to edge.
EFFECT: method allows to take optimum volume of tissues, sufficient for closing a donor wound.
