FIELD: preservation of the environment.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for estimation of environmental, energy and economic efficiency of technological processes, industrial and agricultural production, goods and services etc. According to the method the following parameters are defined: amount of blowout of matters extracted or absorbed while producing unit of raw material, materials or equipment consumed for unit of production to be produced or environmental activity; number of blowout of matters extracted or absorbed during process of production necessary for unit of product to be produced or environment; number of blowout of matters extracted or absorbed during exploitation of unit of product or environmental activity during standard period of exploitation; number of blowouts of matters extracted or absorbed while utilizing unit of product or environmental activity. After that the equivalent of man's impact onto environment is calculated.

EFFECT: improved truth of information; higher reliability of estimation.
