SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to medical ecology, and can be applied in zoning the territorial technosphere according to the level of public health risk as a result of exposure to potentially chemically hazardous substances. Proposed is a method for zoning the territory according to the level of public health risk under conditions of exposure to chemically hazardous substances, including the following apparatus: measuring channels, each consisting of a sensor of a controlled parameter and a signal-to-digital converter; a control apparatus containing: a unit for generating ecological and economic parameter groups, configured to: generate ecological and economic parameter groups; determine the necessary costs of nature protection measures to lower the risk level; a unit for analysing and calculating the risk level, configured to: analyse the anthropogenic load on the territory for zoning and identifying high-priority chemically hazardous substances; calculate the carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks from the high-priority chemically hazardous substances; compare the values of carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks from the exposure to the high-priority chemically hazardous substances at various control points; a prediction unit configured to predict changes in the values of carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks from the exposure to the high-priority chemical substances in the selected cluster as a result of the nature protection measures based on the ecological and economic group; an information display unit configured to display the results of risk calculation and prediction of changes in the values of carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks from exposure to the high-priority chemically hazardous substances in the selected cluster as a result of the nature protection measures based on the ecological and economic groups in a form convenient for the decision-making officer.
EFFECT: possibility of substantiated assignment of therapeutic and preventive measures for certain population groups within the established zones, as well as higher efficiency and level of substantiation of urban planning and production and economic decisions under the conditions of the territorial technosphere.
