SUBSTANCE: method comprises bending ring-shaped flat rectangular specimen or tree-dimensional specimen and determining conventional rigidity and conventional flexibility. In the course of bending, each given time interval, the value of resistance to bending, deflection value, and time from the moment of the beginning of bending are measured. The characteristics of the material are determined from the data obtained.
