FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technique of tests and measurements with reference to determination of divergence of tissue sutures in seams and changes of linear sizes at action of load corresponding to gradation of tissues on easily straightening and delayed moving. Method involves preparation of samples by cutting and marking of samples, fixation by a clamp, loading, measurement of divergence immediately after suspension of load to a clamp and measurement of changes of linear sizes of samples. Samples with size of 50 × 160 mm are cut out in orthogonal directions and in different versions, characteristic for directions of sutures in clothes, measurement of divergence is performed with interval of 10 minutes for an hour, linear dimensions of the sample are measured after 60 minutes of action of the load, after removal of load and after rest for 120 minutes, then the sample is converted into a highly elastic state under the action of a plasticiser. After squeezing and drying the linear dimensions of the sample are determined again, the relaxation properties of the filiform sutures are determined from general deformation and its components, which are resilient, elastic, forced elastic and permanent deformation, and on sliding of tissue threads in the seams - by value of thread displacement in the suture.

EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous determination of characteristics of two properties on one sample under test conditions, close to real operating conditions and broader information value of determination.
