FIELD: technical alarm signaling means for protecting real estate objects.

SUBSTANCE: across territory of protected object, sound emitters are positioned, each one of which is made with light indicator, and signaling cables, to which sound emitters are connected. Also present are receiving and controlling device and control panel. Client has additional mark. Receiving and control device has control device, connected to signaling cables and to control panel, reader, connected to mark via radio, notifications transmission block, made with possible transmission of notifications along wireless and/or wired communication channels to centralized surveillance station. Also, control device has power circuit, consisting of serially connected stabilized power source and first accumulator, and also switch, mounted between output of first accumulator and signal power input of control device, one of outputs of which is connected to input of notifications transmission block. System additionally has generic power bus and one or more voice emitters, each one of which has serially connected power and control blocks, generator of voice messages and loudspeaker. Each sound emitter and each light emitter also has power and control blocks, outputs of which are connected respectively to siren and light indicator. Inputs of all power and control blocks are connected to generic power bus, which is connected to power input of controlling portion of receiving and controlling device. Controlling device is made with possible generation and transfer over generic power bus of high-frequency frequency-modulated signals, carrying control commands for controlling sound, light and voice emitters.

EFFECT: possible prevention or substantial decrease of property damage risk from presence of perpetrators on an object until arrival of fast response forces.
