SUBSTANCE: central unit of annunciation is arranged with the possibility of data and voice messages exchange in communication network and data transfer, for instance via GSM-network, with transceiving devices of user and selected subscribers, and comprises central transceiving module, central processor, memory unit, microphone assembly, voice annunciator, central autonomous power supply unit, module of communication and data transfer. Each of local units of emergency alarm is arranged with the possibility of control by control unit by switch of Touch Memory type, and comprises annunciators, module of notices and alarms processing, local transceiving module and local unit of autonomous power supply. Central unit of annunciation and local units of alarm annunciation exchange data in internal radio channels. Annunciator may be installed in premises, which are not equipped with telephome communication lines.

EFFECT: proposed autonomous alarm annunciator is characterised by improved convenience in operation and does not require connection to the grid and laying of additional wires for its operation.
