SUBSTANCE: system is made in form of a multi-level hierarchical structure at the top of which there is a zero level relay centre, and at the first, second and next levels there is one or more of similar relay centres, each connected to one or more relay centres of the nearest levels. There is a central surveillance panel. Each relay centre includes a micro-cell which contains security, fire and actuating devices made with radiochannel detectors, radiochannel detectors, radiochannel control panels, terminal devices for automatic dialling over a telephone or GSM channels, a reception-control device and a VHF radio transmitter. The reception-control device has a wireless output which is the output of the micro-cell. In each or some relay centres there is also a terminal object device for the notification transmission system whose input is connected to the output of the micro-cell. The system can function as an internally or externally controlled object which, despite jamming signals produced by intruders, provides the control centre and other external remote terminals with the necessary information.

EFFECT: high noise immunity and reliability of the system.
