SUBSTANCE: there are detectors provided on real estate unit, which are arranged with the possibility to detect various types of security threats, as well as actuation devices arranged with the possibility of reaction at security threats, and alert alarms. Inputs and outputs of detectors, actuation devices and alert alarms are connected to object network of data exchange. Module of communication and data transfer, for instance GSM-module, is intended for provision of possibility of system communication with users via standard cellular network of mobile communication. There is a control unit, the first input and output of which are connected accordingly to output and input of communication and data transfer module, and the second input and output - to object network of data exchange. Besides system comprises unit of mode setting, comprising bearable part and stationary part arranged on controlled real estate unit, which are configured with the possibility of radio frequency interaction with each other. Control unit is arranged with additional input and output, to which accordingly output and input of mode setting unit are connected. At the same time control unit, communication and data transfer module and stationary part of mode setting unit are combined in a single structural unit, which is secretly installed in place, which is only known to user.

EFFECT: invention provides for development of simple and easy-to-service multifunctional system of real estate unit security, which is able to function without connection to power supply network or to telephone network of common use and may react to various types of threats towards controlled real estate unit.
