FIELD: agricultural production, in particular, three-tier tillage of soil, preferably solonetz soil.
SUBSTANCE: method involves undercutting top fertile layer, middle solonetz layer and bottom carbonate layer; moving said layers and placing onto furrow bottom, with top, middle and bottom layers being undercut in two intersecting planes inclined to horizontal plane. Said layers are laterally moved and simultaneously intensively mixed and shifted onto bottom through adjacent ditch. Remaining part of unprocessed solonetz layer is uncovered during performing of adjacent passes and covered with mixed top, middle and bottom layer. Apparatus has frame, attached brackets, carrier wheel, lower tier body with tine, middle tier working tool, and mellower mounted rearward thereof. Lower tier body is made in the form of V-shaped member consisting of parts inclined to horizontal plane, one of said parts being joined to vertical tine. Front parts of V-shaped member are equipped with detachable blade. Lower tier body tine is mounted on frame for rotation in transverse-vertical plane of apparatus. Lower tier body tine is joined to frame along the length of frame and tine through axially aligned pivot joints. Tine is additionally joined to frame through rotating mechanism formed as hydraulic power cylinder whose base is fixed on frame and whose stem is pivotally connected to tine cam. Middle tier working tool is mounted on one of inclined parts of V-shaped member and is equipped with set of ribs. Front faces of ribs are inclined to inclined part thereof. Mellower is formed as drive rotor having axis of rotation inclined in transverse-vertical plane to tine and to inclined part of V-shaped member opposite tine. Rotor bearing supports are arranged at indicated points. Rotor drive is formed as conical reducers kinematically connected through cardan telescopic shaft with tractor power shaft and intermediate shafts. One of shafts is arranged in pivot joints of connection for connecting lower tier body tine with frame.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of power, improved quality of solonetz soil tillage, increased fertility of soil due to self-amelioration.
