SUBSTANCE: method involves providing mechanical tillage of soil; undercutting soil layer of solonetz complex, said layer having section in the form of segments of genetic top fertile layer, solonetz layer and saline layer; providing trough-shaped ditch; raising layer above ditch and crumbling; separating dusty, erosion-dangerous and agronomically valuable fractions at intensive mixing thereof onto ditch bottom and laterally transporting large soil aggregates of 10-30 cm diameter and placing onto surface of mixture of small-sized fraction of top fertile, solonetz and saline layers placed onto bottom of trough-shaped ditch provided during previous passage. Apparatus has bar with working tools fixed thereon. Front working tool is arranged in upper tier. Middle and lower part working tools are formed as mellowers. Tillage tool is equipped with separator and shield. Separator has sequentially arranged drive rotors whose shafts of rotation are arranged in parallel with direction of advancement of tillage tool. Middle tier mellower is mounted rearward of and above lower tier mellower, which is made in the form of inclined tines mounted on front working tool. Front working tool is made in the form of ring from steel tube of large diameter. Ring is equipped at its front part with detachable blade and suspension brackets with fingers.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and labor intensity, increased quality of ameliorative soil tillage.
