FIELD: agriculture, in particular, tillage of virgin soils and sod solonetz complexes with thin top fertile layer.
SUBSTANCE: method involves mellowing solonetz complex layers, with top fertile, middle solonetz and bottom saline layers being mixed during mellowing of layers in vertical strips; placing mixed vertical strips between mellowed strips, with mixed strip width to mellowed strip width making 1:(5-8). Method allows virgin solonetz complexes to be dealkalinized. Combined tillage tool has frame, flat working tool and rotating mellower disposed rearward of flat working tool, said flat working tool and mellower being mounted on frame. Disks are mounted on mellower shaft in inclined position relative to axis of rotation of mellower. Inclination angle of disks to axis of rotation of shaft is less than 15 deg.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of power, improved quality of tillage and intensified dealkalinization of solonetz soils.
