FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has casing with external tube coaxially mounted with gap inside and internal tube having lens system on its distal end and optical erector system, optical fiber mounted in tube gaps, light guide connection unit rigidly attached to the casing, ocular objective rigidly mounted in movable bushing having longitudinal slot and rigidly fixed in the casing and refocusing unit having rotation handle and shaft. Movable bushing and internal tube are mounted in fixed bushing having longitudinal slot and fixed in the casing. Eccentric piece is available on rotation handle movable through longitudinal slot of the fixed bushing into movable bushing slot in parallel to its end faces. The movable bushing is pressed against the eccentric piece with spring mounted between external end of the movable bushing and internal end of the fixed bushing.
EFFECT: wide range of functional applications; maximum tissue surface image sharpness.
