FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and medical equipment, particularly to devices for endoscope aided minimally invasive surgeries. A stereoendoscope comprises right and left channels. Each channel is provided with a tube with an optical system, a prism, input and output objective lenses. The axis of the optical system of the tube is coaxial with a front axis of the prism with its back optical axis coaxial with the optical axis of the input objective lens. The output objective lens is optically connected with an image sensor. Between the input and output objective lenses, there is an auxiliary objective lens with its optical axes non coaxial - on their input with the optical axis of the optical system of the input objective lens, and on their output with the optical axis of the optical system of the output objective lens. The output objective lens is connected to a motion device.

EFFECT: invention provides acquisition of stereoimages of operative field objects allowing improving quality of the surgical assistance.
