FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: videoendoscope relates to medical equipment and is intended for visual observation of operation field objects in internal cavities when performing diagnostic or surgical procedures. Videoendoscope contains coaxially placed with clearance an external tube and an internal tube, in which an image receiver is installed, a ring from dielectric material with light diodes, installed on its butt end surface perimetre, fixed in the clearance on the distal end, and contour of coolant circulation, which includes introduced into the clearance from the proximal end tube, brought to ring with clearance for coolant output. Between the external and internal tubes there is a middle tube, installed with a clearance with the external tube, in which installed is a ring from dielectric material. The tube of coolant circulation is introduced with possibility of surrounding the middle tube and creation on its end of coolant jet which tangentially touches the ring, its second end being connected with a pump via a refrigerator with the refrigerator inlet being switched to the clearance between the external and middle tubes with formation of closed contour of coolant circulation.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to increase convenience of the device operation.
