FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: optical indicator can be used in cosmetology, ophthalmology and for testing and determining of stressed-deformed condition of human skin. Indicator is made in form of thin transparent photo-elastic film made of urethane polymer. The latter has multifunctional ethers of adipic acid with glycol and aromatic diisocyanate relating as 1:0,95. One surface of film is coated with mixture of liquid rubber adhesive and aluminum oxide powder; thickness of coating is 0,2-1 mm. Optical indicator is made by producing urethane polymer in vacuum and filling the cast. Multifunctional ethers of acid with glycol and aromatic diisocyanate are combined at temperature of 60-70°C. Liquid mixture is solidified in cast to produce film during 20 hours at temperature of 110-120°C. Mixture of liquid rubber adhesive and aluminum oxide powder is applied onto the top of one surface of the film.
