FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, cosmetic industry, balneology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing pharmacological preparations with the expressed biological activity. Method involves enzymatic hydrolysis of velvet antlers milled to size 100 mcm. Before fermentation powdered velvet antlers is mixed with double volume of water and in 1.5-2 h enzymatic complex of pancreas prepared by milling cattle pancreas in homogenizer is added in the amount 10% to powdered velvet antlers mass. Hydrolysis is carried out at temperature 38-40°C for 6 h and extraction with water in the ratio = 1:5 for 6 h, and hydrolyzate is centrifuged before filtration. The preparation has no corrosive media as in another methods for processing velvet antlers raw. Method provides preparing the complex multicomponent mixture comprising proteins, amino acids, lipids, mineral substances, hormones and substances in the complex possessing the expressed biological activity.
EFFECT: improved preparing method.
