FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental medicine, namely experimental oncology and can be used for creating a malignant tumour growing in a pulmonary tissue. Therefore, for 14-21th day following transplantation of sarcomas C-45 in outbread male albino rats, a tumour of one animal is removed with a sterile appliance; connective tissue capsule is separated, a piece of a viable greyish-pink tumour tissue is selected and transferred to a sterile Petri dish. Then it is washed with a physiologic saline and transferred in a sterile homogeniser; the tumour is crushed. The prepared tumour pulp is dissolved in sterile physiologic saline in the volume ratio 1:5 and filled in a sterile syringe. The outbread male albino rats are fixed laying on back to introduce the tumour slurry into the subclavian vein in a dose 0.5 ml with observing the aseptic procedure.

EFFECT: method provides 100 % reproducibility, ensuring engrafting of tumour transplants in all cases, and also possibility of mass experiments for relatively short time and in a greater amount with simplicity of implementation.
