FIELD: waste utilization by compacting and packing thereof, particularly for municipal services.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises accumulation reservoir installed on frame, as well as pressing means and table. Pressing means and table is displaced in vertical plane by means of power cylinders. Accumulation reservoir is made as bin with cylindrical lower part used as pressing chamber. The pressing means is arranged inside the bin and extends along bin axis to provide periodical waste flow closing. Table surface is pressed against chamber end during compaction operation. Secured to outer chamber surface is removable cup with flexible package stock folded to create accordion structure. At least two reciprocating power cylinders are installed inside pressing means body. Each power cylinder is connected to pressing means body by the first ends and to panel extending parallel to pressing means base by the second ends thereof. The panel is provided with vertical member with flat abutment formed at vertical member end. The vertical member projects outwards pressing means body to retain compacted waste during packing operation performing. The frame is provided with package cutting and stitching means.
EFFECT: extended capabilities and increased waste compaction quality.
