FIELD: production of building blocks from moist mortars by the method of superhigh-pressure moulding. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in preparation of moulding mass, loading of it in a mould, moulding with formation of hollows in the building blocks, ejecting of the freshly-moulded block, removal of it and conveyance according to the route, in particular, to the heat treatment position, stacking. Produced are blocks of a considerable height (140 to 160 mm) and dimensions (400x200 mm), having a fine relief on bases of the "ledge-groove" type, intended for mortarless masonry. The mould has two reliable extraction of blocks in the conditions of superhigh pressure; the new couplings between the mould members simplify the design, provide for realization of optimum conditions of moulding without increasing the press power and equipment power intensity. The flow line has a mixing module, loading device, moulding station, press and mould, reloader, pushing mechanism, receiving and stacking devices. The line is furnished with an assembly-disassembly arrangement using an intermediate member carrying the building blocks, receiving trays, and base member - pallet-accumulator which are made for engagement with the line equipment in the respective production positions. The line is also furnished with a traverse-feed mechanism of intermediate carrying members-receiving trays for building blocks. EFFECT: enhanced capacity, quality, reliability at production of blocks. 4 cl, 30 dwg
