FIELD: civil engineering work; self-propelled facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed platform is used for carrying pile driving-in and turning-in equipment and for carrying heavy-weight equipment, such as excavators. Platform is used at jumping mode of operation for compacting loose soils and those of insufficient load-bearing capacity. Booms and equipment for lifting heavy loads can be mounted on walking and jumping platforms and walking excavators can be created on walking base of platforms. Platform is furnished with four pairs of cylinders-pulsators. First and second pairs of cylinders-pulsators are orientated vertical to take up vertical actions and implement jumping mode of operation. Third and fourth pairs of walking cylinders-pulsators provide waling translational and walking rotation movement of platform. Pairs of cylinders-pulsators are connected with pair of skis with extensible teeth and housing by means of joints. Joints connecting equipment to housing are provided springs to cushion dynamic forces. Springs are made of coil springs placed in cylindrical casing rigidly connected to housing by bolts.
EFFECT: increased cross-country capacity, possibility of movement along marshy areas owing to larger support area of skis and low specific pressure, possibility of pulling out and driving in piles and foundation to design mark.
