FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary external-internal combustion engine has working wheel, hollow shaft on which working wheel rotates, and two disks relatively getting one into the other. Working cylinders are made in housing with piston block through clutch for alternate connection with actuating mechanisms with working cylinders block and pneumatic cylinders included into power hermetic circuit of combustion chamber with delivery of burning reagents and with subsequent delivery, after getting out of cooling reagents and expansion, into working cylinders through control valves. Engine is furnished with device for condensing cooling reagents for subsequent use of said reagents in hermetic circuit owing to ejecting provided by pneumatic cylinders.
