FIELD: hydraulic building, particularly to built hydraulic structures on sea and river bottoms and to localize sources of chemical, radioactive or other substances, namely sunk crafts or other damaged underwater objects.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises entrapping dome, shaft wells, floating members and anchoring ballast. The entrapping dome is formed of piece of thin-walled flexible material. Upper ends of shaft well cores are provided with hatch covers, vertically arranged immediately over water surface and are supported by floating members. Telemetric control equipment is located in confined space which encloses damaged underwater object. Telemetric control equipment has transmitting antenna leaded out to water surface near the hatch cover.
EFFECT: increased reliability of damaged object localization and polluting substance concentration control, possibility to transfer above substances to standby vessels for following reclaiming.
