FIELD: hand firearm, mainly sniper's rifles and carbines with a sliding bayonet.

SUBSTANCE: the device has a barrel, stock with a neck having a pistol lug and terminating in a buttstock, trigger, cartridge magazine and a sliding breechblock with a handle, the breechblock handle is positioned at the side of the stock, above-behind the trigger and made bent downwords, flattened with a projecting top surface. The breechblock handle in the closed position of the breechblock is prolonged downward below the level of the trigger, and its top surface is hook-like bent upward and shifted backward behind the pistol lug of the neck for a simultaneous catch by the shooter's hand of the trigger, neck with the pistol lug and the breechblock handle so that the breechblock top surface would envelope the hand from below and partially from the outer side to a height of at least one finger. In particular: the breechblock handle in length up to the top surface is inclined to the longitudinal axis of the breechblock at an obtuse angle, and the top surface is positioned at a right angle, the breechblock handle is made composite, with a hinge and a lock for turning in the horizontal plane to the less projecting idle position; the top surface is made with a neck giving it an L-shape in plan the inner surface of the breechblock handle in the section of conjugation with the hand rib is positioned below the neck for turning and locking of the top surface in the idle position directly before the pistol lug, the breechblock handle is made staggered and sunk into the groove in the neck; the top surface is installed by means of a flexible component for power correction by the hand of the angle of inclination of the top surface plane to the breechblock longitudinal axis; the pistol neck is made with an aperture developed, open from above sufficient for pulling the breechblock without envelopment of its handle by the thumb.

EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of the magazine-fed weapon, in particular, sniper's rifles, by enhancing the practical rate of fire, preserving the laying uniformity, abatement of the shooter's fatiguability and enhancing the probability of preservation of its life and health due to convenient and quick reloading, greater localization of the shooter's hand motions.
