FIELD: nuclear-power engineering; heating engineering; shipborne heater assembly.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of nuclear-power engineering, heating engineering and may be used for a heating of military and civil objects. The shipborne heater assembly contains throttled devices, sections of a recuperative heat-exchanger, a pump or a pump with a propeller of a controlled pitch, remote-controlled accessories, a set of sensor units and signaling devices, an automatic control system. The throttled devices mounted on the steam inlet in the heat-exchanger section and the automatic control system with the relief valves always ensure the steam pressure below the pressure of the mains-operated water. The invention is aimed at an increase of efficiency of utilization of nuclear fuel of the atomic submarines and atomic-powered icebreakers due to combustion of the nuclear fuel, which has remained in the end of the active operating period of their fissile regions and before utilization of an atomic submarine or an atomic ship for heating.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased efficiency of utilization for heating of nuclear fuel of the atomic submarines and atomic-powered icebreakers remained in the end of the active operating period of their fissile regions and before utilization of an atomic submarine or an atomic ship.
