FIELD: electrical engineering; high-voltage equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed switchgear and control gear cabinet has housing divided by means of partitions into following compartments equipped with gas pressure relief valves: collecting-bus compartment accommodating collecting buses, power equipment compartment holding circuit breaker on draw-out part, and cable compartment disposed under power equipment compartment provided with front door to get at its interior, as well as relay compartment on draw-out part that also mounts, apart from circuit breaker, current transformers and movable power-circuit breaking contacts; rear wall of power equipment compartment mounts bushing insulators with power-circuit movable breaking contacts. Switchgear and control gear draw-out part has castor-base front framework mounting high-voltage circuit breaker, top and bottom power-circuit breaking contacts, relay compartment secured on external side of front framework, as well as current transformers and insulators carrying power-circuit breaking contacts.
EFFECT: enhanced manufacturability and safety in servicing; facilitated maintenance due to single-ended access to cabinet interior.
