SUBSTANCE: system and method are offered for realizing method of placing user's account at availability of many providers. User to be served, uses as the first network A and the second network T. To allocate the account, either tariff of the second network T is transmitted to first network A and tariff of first network is combined with second network's tariff to invoice user accordingly to combined tariff or identifier of the account supposed to be transmitted to second network is generated in the first network A. Identifier of account is connected to account info in both networks, and parts of account info with the same identifier are combined in center of account to invoice user. User can be invoiced at availability of many suppliers by using only one account.
