SUBSTANCE: when network element of traveling client registers or initiates connection with target network element of network, which client entered, network element of network entered by client, for example, go-between means, during sending of message into source network adds information about either a network element, or servicing element of network entered by client. This message is preferably dispatched in form of protocol message, in particular, message of session initiation protocol (SIP).
