FIELD: technology for invoicing a client in a telecommunication system, in particular, for invoicing a client in presence of multiple providers in a mobile communications system.
SUBSTANCE: method is claimed for allocating a client account when multiple providers are preset, where the client wishing to be serviced uses first network (A) and second network (T), where to invoice a client, either the tariff of second network (T) is transmitted to first network (A), the tariff of the first network is combined with the tariff of the second network and the client is invoiced according to the combined tariff, or invoice identifier is generated in first network (A) for transmission to second network (T), invoice identifier is attached to invoice information in both networks and parts of invoice information, which contain one and the same invoice identifier, are combined to invoice the client.
EFFECT: creation of the system which allows to invoice a single combined bill instead of separate bills, dispatched by operators.
