SUBSTANCE: separation of the skin-fat flap is performed with exposure of the anterior part of the cartilaginous part of the nasal septum and the tip of the nose, intervention on the lateral pedicles of the large alar cartilages and separation of the excess cephalic edge of the large alar cartilage from the remaining one is performed. The excess cephalic edge of the large alar cartilage is resected from the remaining one. The mucosa is mobilized on the remaining lateral pedicle of the alar cartilage, the cut-off cephalic part is inserted under the lateral pedicles of the large alar cartilages. This structure is fixed with one suture of a long-term absorbable monofilament suture material, an interdome suture is applied, and the skin is draped.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent deformity recurrence and to create an optimally elastic nose tip after surgical treatment and to reduce the duration of postoperative recovery.
