FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves taking anatomical imprint, casting plaster model for modeling transplant analog with heat-resisting wax spatially reproducing the alveolar process. The wax transplant analog is copied and working model is cast from high strength gypsum and control model from usual gypsum. Base boundary is traced on the working model cast from high strength gypsum and supporting holding elongated cramp irons of future transplant-fixing member. The produced drawing is used for modeling transplant-fixing member base from base and profile wax having no occlusive contacts, and supporting holding elongated cramp irons. After changing wax for thermoplastic material, the produced transplant-fixing member is treated and fitted on control model and placed on the operation field immediately after transplantation operation and placing sutures. 3-4 weeks later, laboratory base transfer is carried out on control model and the artificial teeth are set.
EFFECT: no superficial bone-fixing members required; retained given transplant shape.
