SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for use in making removable dentures from thermoplastics. Imprints are taken from jaws. Models are made. Determining central occlusion. Boundaries of prosthesis and boundaries of metal framework are applied on model. Model is prepared to duplication. Parallelometry is used, duplication is performed. On refractory model frame with clasps support-retaining type is modelled from wax. Wax is replaced with metal. Removable partial denture base is simulated, which is inserted with metal frame with support-retaining type clasps. Determining colour and shape of artificial teeth. Installation of artificial teeth is performed. Wax is replaced with thermoplastic, nylon, prosthesis is finally treated. Manufacturing of metal frame with support-retaining clasps can be carried out via metal casting; or using technique of CAD/CAM system by milling; or by laser additive manufacturing; or using 3D printer.

EFFECT: method due to introduction of metal base with support-retaining type clasps increases fixation and stabilisation of prosthesis and uniform distribution of load on supporting teeth.
