FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in forming the tissues of a prosthetic bed and direct replacement of an upper dental arch after total dental removal. Patient's dentures and jaws are prepared until teeth are removed and bite recorders are obtained. Gypsum models are made and fixed in the articulator. On plaster models tooth-removing tooth are removed. Produced models are used to make rolls for surgical correction of prosthetic bed tissues from transparent plastic by vacuum thermopressing with thickness of 1 mm. Perforated holes are formed on the produced dental cap with a dental cutter in a projection of ground gypsum sections corresponding to sections of the mucosa and alveolar bone preventing the parallel path of introducing the future prosthesis. Bases of direct removable denture are made from ground models by vacuum thermosetting transparent plastic with thickness of 2 mm. Performing the artificial teeth on the obtained bases by means of the light hardening polymer. Local anesthesia is performed in a patient adequate for surgical dental removal. Teeth are removed. Mucous membrane of the alveolar bone of the canopy is covered with a cape for surgical correction of the tissues of the prosthetic bed; the mucosa and the alveolar bone are leveled with perforations in the tray. Immediate removable denture is applied and its borders and valve zone are refined by light hardening polymer. At the later postoperative period, the dental line of the immediate dental prosthesis is removed from the old transparent base, transferred to a new transparent base prepared according to a similar technique, and fixed with the help of a light curing polymer.
EFFECT: method enables preparing the tissues of the prosthetic bed for immediate and terminal prosthesis by forming the tissues of the prosthetic bed and direct replacement of the patient's dental arteries after total removal of the teeth.
