FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: injection device provides ability of choosing dosage of matter intended for feed and it can be used for medicinal, diagnostic, pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. Metering tank-equipped injection device has case, piston, piston rod, metering and driving unit and dosage setting member. Case has reservoir for matter to be fed. Piston is made for movement in reservoir in the direction of working stroke to outlet hole of reservoir for feeding matters. Dosing and driving unit is made for performance of metering movement for choosing dosage of matter. The unit implies movement for dosage of matter feeding relatively the case. The unit is engaged with piston rod which provides ability of regulation of piston rod as a driven one during metering movement. It provides ability of feeding movement of metering and driving unit relatively piston rod. Dosage setting member is made for movement along working stroke due to dosing and driving member during feeding movement. The member is engaged with any one from piston rod and case in such a way that it is capable of moving only along working stroke together with piston rod and it is capable of moving relatively piston rod against working stroke at dosing movement. Dosage setting member and driven member are placed one behind the other without overlapping in relation to working stroke. Reservoir module for injection device has front case section of injection device, piston, piston rod and dosage setting member. Front case section of the device has reservoir for matter to be fed and connecting aid for connecting to back case section of injection device. Piston is placed in reservoir for movement along working stroke to outlet hole of reservoir for feeding matter. Piston rod is mounted in front case section for rotation around its longitudinal axis; it has thread. Dosage setting member is connected by thread with piston rod and it is guided by front case section in such a way that at rotational motion of piston rod around its longitudinal axis the dosage setting member is capable of moving against working stroke. Piston rod has connecting part for connecting with metering and driving member of injection device. Connecting part of formed for giving ability of connection between piston rod and metering and driving member of injection device for moving metering and driving member and piston rod relatively each other and for preventing turn of metering and driving member and piston rod relatively each other around longitudinal axis of piston rod.
EFFECT: ability of choosing a dosage; reduced cost; simplified assembling of device at replacement of reservoir module.
