FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device has to be device for injection, for example, injection device or inhalation device intended for medical, medicinal, diagnostic, pharmaceutical or cosmetic applications. Metering unit, mainly, injection unit has reservoir module and metering and driving into motion unit, connected with reservoir module for detachment. Reservoir module has first case section of matter metering unit, piston and piston rod. Front case section of matter metering unit has reservoir for matter applied, blocking aid and first connecting aid. Piston is disposed in reservoir for movement along working stroke to outlet hole of reservoir for feeding matter. Piston rod has aid for blocking back stroke; the aid has block engagement with blocking aid. Blocking engagement is made for movement of piston rod in opposition to working stroke relatively first case section. Metering and driving-into-motion module is made for repeat application and it has back case section of matter metering unit and metering and driving gadget. Back case section of matter metering unit has second connecting aid which forms dismountable joint together with first connecting aid between reservoir module and metering and driving-into-motion module. Metering and driving gadget is used for metering movement for selection of dosage of matter and for feed movement relatively at least one case sections. Matter metering unit has additional dosage setting member made for movement along working stroke by means of metering and driving-into-motion gadget during mention feed movement; it has engagement with piston rod made in such a manner that piston rod is capable of moving together with piston rod along working stroke and in opposition to working stroke relatively piston rod. First and second connecting aids form axial linear guide to prevent turn of front case section and back case section relatively each other when first case is connected with second case. First connecting aid has first lock member and second connecting aid has second connecting aid. Mentioned lock members are in lock engagement for fixing case sections one onto the other along longitudinal direction. Piston rod and matter preset member are connected together by thread connection.
