FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, connection for injector consisting of at least two body sections.
SUBSTANCE: injection apparatus has front and rear body sections, piston stem, dose setting member, and dosing and driving device. Front section has reservoir for substance. Piston stem is positioned in at least one of sections for enabling feeding motion to feed selected dose of substance. Dose setting member is positioned for dosing motion relative to piston stem for selecting dose of substance. Dosing and driving device is positioned for rotation around axis of rotation and for progressive motion relative to front section. Upon connecting of sections, said device is joined with piston stem and dose setting member so that rotational motion of said device causes dosing motion of dose setting member, while progressive motion of said device causes feeding motion of piston stem. At least one guide provided on one of sections and at least one catching member provided on other section are adapted to define linear guide upon connection of said body sections. Sections may move one relative to the other to end position of connection without possibility of rotating relative to one another around axis of rotation. At least one catching member is narrowing in axial and, preferably, radial direction at end facing one of sections to facilitate aligning of sections. Reservoir module has front body section of said injection apparatus, piston, dose setting member, and piston stem. Front section has reservoir for substance. Piston is positioned within reservoir for moving in operating stroke direction toward reservoir discharge opening. Dose setting member is disposed in front section for effecting dosing and feeding motions. Piston stem is connected to dose feeding member and held in front section for preventing motion of piston stem in direction opposite to operating stroke direction. Dosing motion does not cause motion of piston stem in operating stroke direction. At least one of axial guide or catching member is provided on front section surface for defining linear guide and, upon connection of sections, for moving of front section on rear section to end position of connection, said sections being fixed from rotation relative to one another. Dose setting member is adapted for detachable engagement with front section in predetermined angular positions. When in engaged position, it is capable of moving in axial and rectilinear directions.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability, improved safety, simplified and convenient usage.
