FIELD: construction materials industry; methods of gypsiferous wastes processing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to processing of gypsiferous wastes and may be used in the industry of construction materials. The technical result of the invention is production of the qualitative pollution-free construction materials at low power inputs. The method of processing of the gypsiferous wastes for utilization in the industry of the construction materials provides for a mixing of the indicated waste with a neutralizing additive with the subsequent thermal treatment and a volumetric-dynamic pressing using the roll briquetting presses with die hold-down pressure of 150-400 MPa, thermal treatment is conducted using an IR-radiation by a wave length of 5-25 microns during 2-5 minutes, and as the neutralizing additive use quicklime and aluminum hydroxide at following components ratio(in mass %): quicklime - 1-7, aluminum hydroxide - 0.01-3, gypsiferous waste - the rest.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the qualitative pollution-free construction materials at low power inputs.
