FIELD: ammunitions for smoothbore and rifled sports-hunting weapons; production of ball-shaped powder.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of ball-shaped powders for cartridges to smoothbore and rifled sports-hunting weapons. The invention presents a ball-shaped powder containing nitroglycerine, diphenylamine, centralite, ethyl-acetate, black lead, a moisture and cellulose nitrates taken in the particular ratios. The powder has a bulk density of 0.4 - 0.6 kg/dm3. The invention is aimed at provision of ballistic characteristics of cartridges of 12 caliber at exclusion of the unburnt fragments and flare-back of a shot, manufacturability of the cartridges assembly on the automatic cartridges charging production lines due to exclusion of the free volume in a cartridge at usage of a plastic wad-container.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the good ballistic characteristics of 12 caliber cartridges, exclusion of the unburnt fragments and flare-back of a shot, good manufacturability of the cartridges assembly on the automatic cartridges charging production lines.
