FIELD: gasoline production.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises vapor-phase adsorption dewaxing of straight-run gasoline fraction with calcium adsorbent followed by desorption of adsorbed paraffins with purge gas in direction coinciding with feedstock travel and adsorbed paraffin collection direction. Taking away paraffins and catalytic conversion thereof are accomplished in the same apparatus in presence of zeolite-containing composition consisting of, in downstream direction, modified calcium adsorbent and immediately following it layer of high-modulus zinc-containing catalyst an layer-to-layer volume ratio (4-5):1, respectively. Adsorption is conducted at 220-250°C and atmosphere pressure. Regeneration of modified calcium adsorbent and catalysis of desorbed products are conducted on high-modulus zinc-containing catalyst at 320-350°C. Dewaxed product and catalyzate are finally combined.
EFFECT: enabled preparation of additional amounts of high-octane motor gasoline component from low-octane gasoline fractions.
