FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, dermatology, and can be applied for psoriasis treatment. For this purpose ultraviolet irradiation is carried out with wavelength 311 nm. After irradiation 200 ml of ozonised physiological solution with concentration 3.5-4.0 mg/l is additionally intravenously introduced to patient in quantity of 10 procedures. Course of ultraviolet irradiation constitutes 12-15 procedures.
EFFECT: claimed method allows increasing of efficiency and safety of psoriasis treatment by faster and more pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, as well as reducing of total number of irradiations, due to which reduce single maximal dose and cumulative dose of irradiation.
