FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting the part to be worked in the appliance inside the container to define two spaces interconnected through its inter-blade passages, filling the top section of the container with fluid, and setting it in rotation around its own axis. The insert are made of hard-alloy material and are mounted to define inter-blade passages of the same cross-section between the surface of the inter-blade passages of the part to be worked and outer surface of the hard-alloy inserts. The fluid is supplied through the inter-blade passages. The hard-alloy inserts are set in vibration with a frequency no more than 50 Hz and amplitude no more than the difference between the flowing cross-section of the passages and the diameter of the passage for flowing fluid.
EFFECT: enhanced quality and efficiency of working.
