FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: parts are secured on container by means of shock absorbers for oscillation in vertical plane. Container is filled with granulated medium, and oscillatory motion is imparted to it. Oscillation amplitude of parts is selected to be half the container oscillation amplitude. Granulated medium is poured over upper position of parts by 2-3 granules. When working the parts having coating which must be preserved, prior to securing on container, part is wrapped up in elastic material with holes, diameter of which is smaller than diameter of working medium granules. EFFECT: removal of auxiliary manual operations and use of benzine, acetone, etc, preservation of thin coatings applied earlier. 3 cl, 1 dwg
