FIELD: abrasive materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of vulcanite binder-based abrasive tools that can be used in manufacture of cutting, grinding, and polishing disks designed for working metallic materials. Paste contains synthetic solid high-molecular weight rubber, synthetic low-molecular weight rubber, curing and accelerating complexes, fillers, grinding material, and plasticizing antiaging agent. Synthetic low-molecular weight rubber is carboxyl-containing rubber with heat resistance limit 125-155°C and carboxyl group level 4-8 wt %.
EFFECT: increased strength and endurance of abrasive tools and expanded technologic possibilities.
