FIELD: abrasive working processes and tools, possibly manufacture of abrasive polishing elastic wheels with vulcanite binder designed for using in orthopedic stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: natural rubber, butadiene rubber, butadiene-nitrile rubber filled with polyvinyl chloride and containing it in quantity 28 - 32 mass% are used for making abrasive polishing wheels. Composition also contains vulcanizing agent, vulcanization promoters, technical stearin, zinc white, silica as filler, pigment and grinding material. Composition contains said ingredients at next relation, mass%: natural rubber, 3.96 - 10.51; butadiene rubber, 3.96 - 11.68; butadiene-nitrile rubber filled with polyvinyl chloride, 7.92 - 1.17; sulfur, 2.37 - 1.17; vulcanization promoters, 0.63 - 0.23; technical stearin, 0.32 - 0.11; zinc while, 3.17 - 2.34; silica, 6.33 - 2.34; pigment, 0.08 - 0.35; grinding material, 71.26 - 70.10.
EFFECT: improved grinding capability of wheels, elimination of burnings of ground surface, lowered number of waste material.
