FIELD: chemical industry; devices and methods for charging of the plasticization units of the pressure die casting machines.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the device and the method for charging of the plasticization unit of the pressure die casting machine, preferably a piston filler of the wet polyester. In the device for charging of the plasticization unit of the pressure die casting machine on the screw cylinder there is a fixed charging branch-pipe with a stuffing cylinder, the upper edge of which is fixed in a holding flange. On the holding flange there are the fixed supporting columns fixed, which support two parallel to each other guides. On these guides using the sliding blocks the load-bearing plate is moving between two positions. The load-bearing plate carries the stuffing piston with the hydraulic cylinder and the container. The stuffing piston and the container are mounted in turn coaxially with the stuffing cylinder. For improvement of access to the charging branch-pipe with the purpose of cleaning at the change of the material, the stuffing cylinder is supplied with the device for coupling with the stuffing piston for provision of a capability to pull them upward, as a result of which the through channel located in the charging branch-pipe becomes freely accessible. The technical result is the relief of cleaning of a charging branch-pipe at a change of the material due to improved access to it.

EFFECT: the invention ensures relief of cleaning of a charging branch-pipe at a change of the material due to improved access to it.
