FIELD: production of injection-molding machine.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the injection-molding machines, in particular, to a new unit of the cylinder of preparation of a material for utilization in the injection unit of the injection-molding machine. The injection cylinders are usually mounted on one end of the slide of the injection assembly. The axial load of the slide is directed along the whole length of the cylinder of preparation of a material, for what the cylinder is needed to stand the axial loading of the slide. The unit of the cylinder of preparation of a material has the first and the second parts of the cylinder with an opened through axial aperture. The unit has also the first coupling sleeve of the cylinder and the second coupling sleeve of the cylinder. The location of the first coupling sleeve sets a boundary between the first and the second parts of the cylinder. The first coupling sleeve of the cylinder insulates the second part of the cylinder from an axial load of the slide and fastens the cylinder as an intermediate link between the ends of the cylinder and the slide. The second coupling sleeve of the cylinder keeps one end of the cylinder in the slide, preventing rotation of the cylinder during operation. A part of the cylinder between the first coupling sleeve of the cylinder and one end of the cylinder is insulated during operation from an axial load of the slide. The technical result of usage of the given cylinder is the insulation of a part of an assemblage of the cylinder of preparation of a material of the injection unit of the injection-molding machine from axial loadings.
EFFECT: the invention ensures insulation of a part of an assemblage of the material preparation cylinder of the injection-molding machine the injection unit from axial loadings.
