APPARATUS FOR FILLING MUSHROOM BLOCK OF POLYETHYLENE HOSE WITH MUSHROOM SUBSTRATE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, preparing of mushroom growing substrate. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has substrate charging chamber with charging opening and discharge opening. Press-type machine for preparing of mushroom block incorporates horizontal working tool, vertical working tool, oil station with electric engine, coupling, oil pump and expansion tank. Horizontal working tool equipped with discharge opening is positioned in lower part of substrate charging chamber for displacement in horizontal plane. Charging opening is arranged in upper part of substrate charging chamber and vertical working tool is placed for reciprocation inside charging opening. Feeding table is arranged under horizontal working tool in front of discharge opening and oil station arranged at opposite side of discharge opening is connected through pipelines with control drive, horizontal and vertical working tools. Charging device has weigh with weight regulator, container made in the form of spade closed at three sides with flanges and adapted to be filled with substrate. Container is connected at sides by two pairs of levers and is manually controlled for free upward movement thereof for filling with substrate and for turning of container up to discharge opening of charging chamber. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced labor intensity, simplified apparatus control and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
