FIELD: transport engineering; windshield wipers.
SUBSTANCE: proposed blade has shaped base 20 and working part 22 which is connected by flexible bridge 26 with said base 20 and which thrust against base in tilted position. Working part 22 has support section 30 which is connected with shaped base 20 by first flexible bridge 26 and is connected with wedge-like tongue 32 of rubber tape by second flexible bridge 28. Two cavities are made at sides of first flexible bridge 26 opposite to each other and passing in longitudinal direction of rubber tape 18. Said cavities widen towards shaped base 20 in zone of first bridge owing to provision of undercuts.
EFFECT: reduced noise level at operation of windshield wiper.
